DESIGNERSKen Gregg's enthusiasm for photography has stayed with him ever since his parents gave him a box Brownie camera when he was 10 years old. His professional career began in 1970 when he went to work for The North Face during its early years as a manufacturer of fine outdoor camping and hiking equipment.
After leaving The North Face in 1980, he turned his passion for photography toward a more artistic approach, self-publishing pictorial books and selling his artwork for promotional brochures, calendars, greeting cards, book covers, and award-winning wine labels.
In 1991, he began selling his artwork to luxury hotels for permanent decor. His painterly style, using a minimum of digital manipulation, creates sensitive and contemplative images well-suited for both hospitality and residential decor. Selected clients include the Four Seasons, Wynn, Warwick, Hyatt Regency, Ritz Carlton and Biltmore hotel chains and Barnes & Noble and Harper Collins publishers.
