Koroseal customers not only rely on us for supporting their creative vision, but also making those creative dreams a reality. To bring concepts to fruition, Koroseal has a strong team in place to help customers of all scales finance their dream projects. Bob Kenneley leads the Credit & Resolutions team in helping create productive policies that help both Koroseal and our customers grow. As the Director of Credit & Corporate Service, Bob drives processes to support our business while also implementing effective lending and loss mitigation policies for our customers. In addition, Bob has also garnered a new Corporate Service role, supporting day-to-day operations of our new Corporate Office, including facilities and vendor management. Our business keeps running, thanks to Bob’s leadership and efficiency.

Bob's Creator Journey

Growing up in a blue-collar family, vested in commercial construction, Bob has always found himself drawn to building projects, and creating spaces. Bob was born and raised in the Cleveland, Ohio area, graduated high school, and continued his education at Kent State University where he studied Real Estate and Finance. Bob’s love of effective financing strategies led him to return to Kent State for an MBA.

Bob’s grandfather often said “don’t get old” - which has always inspired him to continue learning, and achieving everyday. After 30 years in the mortgage industry, Bob built a strong knowledge and expertise in creating financial possibilities for customers and businesses alike. His experience spanned all types of firms, ranging from small private businesses to extremely large ones; as well as various operational roles including sales, operations management, and project management.

Today, Bob and his family live in Copley, just 5 minutes from our Corporate Office. He leads the Credit & Resolutions team, and supports daily operations at corporate - combining his passions of business, finance, and efficiency. Through Bob’s leadership, he is able to build both strong businesses and customer partnerships.

Crafting Progress for Koroseal & Our Customers

Although Credit & Corporate Service is not the most artistic field, Bob’s work is certainly creative. From finding the best solutions to properly resource a brand new corporate office, to crafting the most cost-effective policies that allow customers the freedom to finance their dream projects, Bob is a fellow creator.

Bob joined the Koroseal team about 1.5 years ago, and has already helped shape our credit team and corporate office. He enjoys working with customers and finding favorable financial solutions that allow them to fulfill their creative vision with Koroseal products.

Bob’s leadership has helped the Credit department grow, and Koroseal progress. He has worked to ensure we have the right team and processes in place to foster a productive business environment - balancing both financial and cultural success.
