Sales Operations Specialist // Avid Sales Team Supporter

As many of our customers can attest, Koroseal hosts a strong, expert Sales Team. This talented group consists of customer-facing Sales Representatives, as well as dedicated behind-the-scenes supporting team members. It takes close collaboration to deliver ongoing success across our organization’s daily sales interactions. Pam Daulbaugh, a Koroseal Sales Operations Specialist, supports the team with training, resource planning, data, and logistical expertise to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers. Making customer dreams a reality requires passion and dedication, and the Sales team can always rely on Pam to help them deliver.

Pam’s Creator Journey

Born and raised in Ohio, Pam describes herself as truly a “people person”. She enjoys learning from others and helping humans succeed. Combined with her innate competitive nature, Pam was destined for a promising career in sales. Upon graduation from Akron University, she joined the Koroseal team to initiate her career, starting as the secretary to the Vice President. At the time, Koroseal hosted 10 regional sales managers and a large group of distributors, all of which Pam assisted. Supporting the Vice President, Pam was able to learn the inner workings of sales; observe the development of a strong sales force; and garner an education in the wallcovering industry, and Koroseal products.

While developing her sales expertise within the walls of Koroseal, Pam found great support from her managers - all of whom embraced taking time to teach and mentor. Pam found these experiences invaluable, as all of those “teachable moments” have helped her troubleshoot and adapt to challenges she has faced along her career path. She has always enjoyed being around people, learning from them, and improving from shared ideas and collaboration. Pam’s extensive sales experience, paired with her enthusiasm for supporting others makes her an invaluable resource for the Sales organization.

Pam resides in Wadsworth, Ohio, where she and her husband have raised their family for the last 25 years. Pam considers her family her greatest creation and enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children.

Creating Resources & Sales Support

Throughout her 35 years with Koroseal, Pam has held varying responsibilities; however, all of her roles were tied to her passion - the sales side of the business. Leveraging her expertise as well as her unwavering commitment to success, Pam analyzes data to help support improvements across the sales organization, and creates useful tools and training to ensure the sales team is at the forefront of our industry.

When a team member has a request for data, Pam gets to work. She researches and analyzes to not only find the answers to their questions, but also thinks about the problem beyond the initial task; delving into additional information to provide valuable insights.

“I like to try to add some ‘extra sauce’ to the everyday requests, and wow people when I can. Who doesn’t love receiving more than they expected?”

Serving both the sales team and our end customers, Pam’s work is the epitome of great customer service. She continually goes above and beyond to provide meaningful solutions that impact our work, both internally and externally. The “people person” side of Pam strives to not only do her best, but also ensure a positive experience. Whether she is serving a sales team member, or providing insights for the end-customer, Pam hopes the person she is helping walks away feeling heard and supported.
