At Koroseal and Metro Wallcoverings, inclusion is more than a word —it’s part of how we operate. With more than half of our workforce and leadership positions held by women, we recognize the importance of creating an environment where everyone has the opportunity to grow, lead, and succeed. 

International Women’s Day gives us an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of women across our organization while reaffirming our commitment to equity, opportunity, and community. 

This year’s theme, #GiveToGain, reflects a simple belief: when we invest in people, we all grow stronger. 

Our International Women’s Day Commitment

As part of this year’s celebration, Koroseal and Metro are launching a series of commitments focused on giving back in three key areas: our creators, our communities, and our customers. 

These commitments are designed to support women at every stage of their journey while strengthening the relationships that help our organization thrive. 

Investing in Our Creators

Supporting the growth and development of our employees remains a priority. As part of our commitment, we are expanding opportunities for learning, mentorship, and open dialogue across the organization. 

Initiatives include: 

• Internal workshops focused on leadership and career development
• “Real Talk” roundtable sessions, where women can openly discuss different stages of their careers and share experiences navigating challenges and opportunities
• Bring Your Child to Work Day, giving young people an opportunity to explore careers and see the workplace through the eyes of their parents
• Expanded mentorship and development opportunities to help creators continue growing within the organization

These programs reinforce our belief that investing in people creates stronger leaders and a stronger company. 

Giving Back to Our Community

We also recognize that our responsibility extends beyond the workplace. Through our Days of GIVEback, employees will have opportunities to support local organizations and community initiatives that make a meaningful difference. 

In addition, we are launching a Dress for Success support initiative at both Koroseal and Metro. Through this effort, we will collect and donate professional clothing to help women entering or reentering the workforce feel confident and prepared for new career opportunities. 

We are also expanding our university partnerships, helping us connect with students and inspire the next generation of talent entering our industry.

Our commitment also extends to our customers. By continuing to foster collaboration, creativity, and partnership, we aim to build relationships that create value not only for our businesses but for the communities we serve. 

These efforts are grounded in our core values of collaboration, commitment, creativity, integrity, and vision, which guide how we support one another and work together.
